San Franciso Bay Area Holiday Portraits : Fall Mini Sessions Are Here! — UPDATE : SOLD OUT FOR 2012 —-

Ready, Set, Go!

You can now officially book your Fall mini sessions!

They only come once per year, and people ask me about them for months in advance. There are only a select number available, so to keep it fair I do not book any until they are officially announced. So consider it official – and book your mini session now : ) 
 

Fall Mini Sessions are from 9am to 4:30pm November 1st through 15th – WEEKDAYS ONLY.

What is it? Fall mini sessions are quick, easy, fun, custom fall portraits that work great for holiday cards and creating unforgettable holiday gifts. The cost of the session is $95 for a 30 minute weekday session either in my Alameda Photography Studio or at one of many great locations near my studio. There is a $300 minimum order requirement, and the $95 session fee is due in full when booking. Included with your session fee is a 30 minute phone consultation with me to plan out the location and the clothing, as well as a 60 minute post-consultation with me one to two weeks after your session to view the images and place your order with my help. My holiday specials product menu will be in effect with great packages and savings to make holiday cards and gift giving easy!

Locations to choose from include my Alameda studio where I have a modern vintage take on holiday backgrounds and props….

Locations near my studio include urban – with or without graffiti – featuring lots of great textures and adventures. Dogs are always welcome at the mini sessions – especially well-behaved dogs with holiday swagger!

Location sessions are best early morning (9am to 10am sessions) or late in the afternoon for best lighting. I strongly recommend morning sessions for babies & children 3 and younger.

Other fun holiday portrait locations include woods, parks and bay beaches near Alameda, CA.

Fall is Upon Us in the San Francisco Bay Area… and that means It’s Time to Schedule Your Fall Holiday Session with Anna Myers!

We would love to provide you with fun, artistic images to share with family and friends this holiday season! The holidays are one of the busiest times of the year and dates fill up quickly! Our calendar generally fills a couple of weeks in advance, so contact us as soon as possible to secure your preferred session date.

Did you know that September and October are usually the best time of year in the San Francisco Bay Area for weather? This also makes it an ideal time for location sessions featuring modern, colorful portraits in your choice of setting – urban, beachy, woodsy, and more. We know lots of great places that will fit your family’s personality and style. Not sure what to wear – we can help with that too…

In order to have our highly desired custom designed holiday cards and holiday products your session would need to be completed by November 3rd, 2012. For sessions after that we still have great holiday options with modern templates for cards & gifts – or digital files that can be purchased for the “do-it-yourself” types. Bay Area Photography Specials – Spring Mini Sessions are Here! But only a Limited Number….

Urban mini sessions are a quick & fun adventure for toddlers


Well Spring is *almost* here and we are going to start out the season with some much loved Spring Mini Sessions! These limited availability mini portrait sessions come with a great price and a quick turn-around, thus these sessions always sell out fast! We will only be offering 6 Spring Mini Sessions total between March 1st and March 30th on weekdays only.

Spring Mini Sessions are $75 for studio or $95 for an urban or beach/park location near the studio – this 30 minute session includes a phone consultation with me to plan out the session, the 30 minute session, and then a 60 minute post-consultation in the Alameda studio to view the images and place your order for prints, books, wall portraits, image boxes etc. Print packages start at $375. Your order includes mini facebook files for all ordered images to bring a little spring to your social network pages!

We also have some great new studio backgrounds, chairs and vintage props in studio that we will be trying out with these sessions. Spring mini sessions are perfect for babies, toddlers, children, families, dogs, teens & adults – but would not be suited for newborns (babies under 3 months).

Bay Area Family & Dog Photographer – New Modern Collages Hanging in Alameda Cafe Fudgelato!

Modern Collages are a new product in the studio this year – and so far they have been quite a hit! Clients love the clean, fresh look that is super easy to install and flexible to update over the years. Available in luster, metallic or metal prints – so far the crowd has been split between luster and metallic.

Since it was time to update the photos in the fabulous Cafe Fudgelato in Alameda (next to Doumitt’s Shoes), I went ahead and installed two luster collages in this bright, cheery eatery so people could see the difference for themselves. There is still a teen themed metallic collage for comparison. As for the new collages – Dogs are featured in one collage, followed by modern family portraits in the other new collage to ring in the fall portrait season.

Next I will be updating the teen collage as I have some Ah-Mazing new teen images from the last few months of shooting!
